Welcome Springtime and welcome to the Bruce E. L. M. Strothers Insurance Agency 9 miles North of the Space Needle! I am the only native Seattlite Double Ivy League graduate (who grew up poor) Seattle has ever produced. I'm the only State Farm Agent Owner (I know of, at least) who NEVER set foot in ANY insurance agency, in any capacity, EVER, before purchasing this small business--and after nearly 6 years of totally immersing myself in this industry, I am an expert at getting people more coverage for less money and greater value.

When I was 8, my Dad died without proper insurance, leaving my Mom to continue working as a Hospice Care Provider (which she did for over 50 years) while raising myself and my siblings. From Mom's example, I worked to pay may own way through college (Brown University, Providence RI), I worked through law school (Seattle University Law), I worked through passage of several Bar Exams (WA State, CA, GA & TX), I worked through enrollment in a Master of Fine Arts graduate program (Berkeley, CA) and I worked to earn my second law degree (Columbia University, NY, NY). After 25 years of attorney work (including with a few billionaires...yes, really) I repaid all Double Ivy League student load debt, then I saved to open and sustain our business. Thanks to Mom, no matter how hard things were, her belief, resilience and the right energies kept me on the right path (and yes, I'm a HUGE fantasy/science fiction lover, too)!
