"I initially have had only a small life insurance policy here with Bruce and team. Never had an issues with them and they’ve always been professional. Most recently with all the increases of rates across the insurance industry the bulk of all my policies were with All State and I’ve stayed loyal to them for a long time but with the multiple rate increases this year I decided it was time to shop around and see if it would make sense to make a switch. I first went online and tried getting quotes through google but quickly realized I wanted to talk to someone especially because I had multiple policies to bundle and wanted to chat through what made the most sense for my situation now especially since my financial situation had change and perhaps I was no under insured especially when it came to my comprehensive. I then remember I had a policy with Bruce and maybe it was a good idea to just call his team and see what they could do. From that call they’ve made me feel like family even though I only had the one policy with them. They didn’t make me feel the pressure to make a switch but they wanted to make sure I was getting a good rate and if that meant staying with All State then so be it. After running the numbers not only were they cheaper by a lot but they were also able to beef up my policies to my sure I wasn’t under insured. Along the way they were able to find various discounts to make it even cheaper than the original quote which was already significantly cheaper than my All State policies. All in all they’ve made the change and transition easy. I would recommend working with Bruce and his team(Specifically Dominique who was great to work with) for all your insurance needs."
