"Called this office to support a local office. First call was static-y so I asked them to call me back. They told me it’s end of the month so they’re having issues with data coverage. I was understanding since they’re a newer office. The call dropped again. This time, I called them back. I was still understanding. The call dropped for the third time. I was STILL understanding. 4th time, the agent, Kim, called me back and when we were about to purchase my fire insurance, he said, “I have to take another call, I’ll call you back” then just hung up on me. I was very patient and understanding up until that point but I decided to take my business elsewhere in Kirkland that has a high reputation, even by other insurance agents’ standards. I politely texted the agent here and let him know that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
