"I have had State Farm Insurance my entire life. Out of convenience, I always used an agent closest to where I lived. Bruce Strothers was introduced to me through family members that needed something done by State Farm. Our former agent was nonresponsive and did not assist. Family saw a State Farm sign and walked into Bruce. Upon entering, Bruce treated them like family and immediately took on what was needed. They recommended that I switch to him based on his willingness to assist others. Switching to him was the best decision I have made for an agent. I am not certain of how I feel specifically about State Farm itself at this current time, but Bruce Strothers is someone that works with you and for you. I could never recommend him enough. He has integrity, patience, and knowledge. He continues to go above and beyond through my current hurdles and tries to make our current process bearable. Where my previous agent just collected the insurance premiums and was inaccessible, Bruce is an active supporter and reminded me that there is someone on my side."
